Luigi's Italian Restaurant, nestled at 502 S Jeffers St, North Platte, NE, brings authentic Italian cuisine to life. Guests rave about the lobster ravioli, praised for its remarkable taste and exquisite presentation. Diners can indulge in house-made rolls that are soft, fluffy, and downright addictive. Valeria Barrett found them irresistible, as did many others. The Caesar salad, adorned with a perfectly balanced house-made dressing and tender chicken, is another highlight that leaves a lasting impression.
Customers appreciate the cozy atmosphere, described by Robyn Carlon as delightful, emphasizing the care taken in crafting each dish from scratch. Even when faced with unexpected background music that strays from traditional Italian, Dan Pieloch experienced a rollercoaster of emotions while savoring his meal. His opinion underscores the restaurant’s ability to comfort, even amidst nostalgic tunes.
With affordable prices, generous portions, and gluten-free options available on request, Luigi’s is a treasure trove for food lovers. As M M M stated, it’s an “awesome stop” for road trips. The friendly staff and engaging atmosphere make every visit memorable, promising a return for any Italian cuisine enthusiast.

Amazing food! I had the lobster ravioli. Amazing taste and presentation. The bread is sooo good. Definitely will stop by again when in town.

Luigi's is absolutely delightful. It's a cozy little restaurant where everything is made from scratch. You can tell they put care into their craft.

We drove from Rapid City this morning and ended our night at Luigi's Italian restaurant. The entrees and the service were excellent. But instead of playing traditional Italian music, the background music is old country songs. I don't need Vivaldi or Puccini, but I'd like something that makes me feel like I'm in the region that aligns with the food. So I've got tears in my eyes when I'm trying to eat my salad, because I fall apart every time I hear Don't Take the Girl by Tim McGraw. I can't be the only one. Anyway, when that song ended, I ate every bit of food that was put in front of me (my wife ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and I got Pasta Primavera), and then got tears in my eyes again when our great server Rachel said they were out of creme brulee. So many emotions in one meal. Anyway, this place is great, and I'd be happy to return.

Delicious food! Their dinner rolls are soft, fluffy, addictive and made in house. Their Caesar Salad - yum! The house made Caesar dressing perfectly coating the fresh romaine lettuce perfectly balanced with very tender chicken. Incredibly priced and great value! Thank you Luigi’s for making an awesome stop for a road trip.

The food was delicious with the homemade rolls and house salad dressing with the portions and price being very agreeable. Even after reheating our leftovers a couple of days later, the food was still delicious. It was also a pleasant surprise to find out they did have gluten free penne pasta as an option (it's not on the menu so just ask) which I appreciated as being gluten intolerant. It was short staffed but very friendly and looked like they were hiring a couple of new people while we were there. Great little Italian restaurant!

Well, first of all, the food was really good. I had the shrimp risotto and my husband had the veal Marsala, and both were very good. The bread was homemade and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. Our hotel recommended Luigi's and we concur.

Coming from Denver wasn’t sure what to expect as I was just driving through, everything was so good and my server was so amazing. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Cadien was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. So friendly and inquisitive. I watched him interact with the younger staff so politely. He was really informative and nice I can’t say it enough about awesome he was, especially listening to how he talked to everyone. I’m definitely it that patient. 5 stars for sure. Food was great on top of the service.

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. Absolutely amazing all around. The atmosphere was great, and the bathrooms were spotless. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious with prices that can't be beat! We really loved the fresh bread. My daughter thought it was so cool that the markers weren't just plain markers but they were Paw Patrol markers. We aren't from the area but plan to stop back next time we pass through!
